This class is non-impact and for all levels of fitness! It is challenging so when things get tough stop and take a break when needed, then jump right back in! The idea is to fatigue specific muscle groups, burn, burn, burn, then lengthen the muscle group while creating a strong intrinsic body with muscle tone.
